A bit about me and Journey into Early Childhood

Journey into Early Childhood is a reflection of the elements in which teachers of young children ponder. It is a documentation of the amazing thoughts, reflections, inspirations and instruction that is occurring in the early childhood classrooms (3 years through 1st grade). The information has been written and/or compiled by Debra Honegger, Educator, Instructional Coach, Professional Development Coordinator, and Local/State/National Speaker.

Debra S. Honegger has worked in multiple areas of education- both general education and special education- as a teacher, consultant, administrator and instructional coach- with ages from birth through adult. However, no matter where she is or what her title, she holds a firm belief in meeting the needs of each individual child while coming together as a community of learners.
